I'm Dr. Nouman Waheed, an endodontist practising in Dubai — 23 years chairside. The point is not that I do many things; it's that they all happen in one place. Software is built where patients are treated. Courses are designed from what the chair teaches. AI is tested on Monday-morning reality.

Teaching came out of necessity: the courses I wanted young dentists to have didn't exist. So I learned instructional design properly — define measurable outcomes, design backwards from the assessment, validate with real learners — and now I build accredited CME/CPD as an instructional designer for CEJ Experts.

The software followed the same pattern: clinical frustrations became products. A patient-management platform is in build, alongside a personal brain companion — an AI that answers from your own data so you don't have to search. My 3D printers made the same journey, from hobby bench to chairside workflows, and I now advise a printing lab on digital dentistry.

Two rules hold all of it together. I only recommend what I've done, and I tell you the catch — the honest limitation is worth more than any pitch. And patients get their own property: plain-language guidance lives on patienthub.care, with nothing to sell.
